Management

At KEMPER, the second generation of the family manages the fortunes of the company. After founder Gerd Kemper had developed the company into an internationally active family business, responsibility for the management remained in the hands of the family after his departure from the operative business.

With Björn Kemper as managing director in the second generation, the company has been pushing modern occupational safety for several years now. Frederic Lanz expands the management team as an industry expert in metal processing. Lisa Richter, for many years co-responsible for the operative fate at KEMPER, is working as authorised signatory. 

Björn Kemper is responsible for the strategic orientation of the KEMPER brand and the global expansion of the KEMPER Group. Operationally, he heads the Research and Development, Supply Chain Management and IT departments. Frederic Lanz is responsible for Sales, Customer Service and Installation as well as Marketing & Communication. Lisa Richter is responsible for Human Resources, Finance and Legal.

The management represents the current course of KEMPER GmbH. The family business attaches great importance to sustainability for people and the environment. With efficient and long-lasting extraction systems, satisfied employees and environmentally friendly products, KEMPER fulfils its own claim: Do the right thing!

To this effect, KEMPER communicates in a global way in the various languages of its target markets. The management always has an open ear for its employees: Their voice and innovative strength are KEMPER's most important capital.

Founder Gerd Kemper and Karl Segbert, who has been commercial manager for many years, continue to support KEMPER in an advisory function and support the management with their extensive experience.
