Stationary and central welding fume extraction and filter systems

These include wall-mounted welding fume extractors for up to two work stations; central suction and filter systems for multiple workstations to solutions for large welding shops. Our extraction and filter systems also offer connections to machines such as welding robots or extraction tables for manual or automatic cutting applications.
Additional equipment, such as a SparkTrap or automatic dust removal from the filter system, reduce the subsequent costs for replacement filters and provide more safety.

Due to the W3 approval of many of our systems in the area of welding fume extraction, the cleaned air can be routed back, even when processing chromium-nickel steel, into the hall area. This is an important feature in order to reduce the energy required for heating, especially in winter. Investing in a modern extraction and filter system pays off already in a very short time.
