KEMPER System 6000 – Flexible and economic

The new KEMPER System 6000 is an innovative new generation of extraction and filter units. It is an excellent choice for the connection of extraction tables for Plasma- or laser cutting units or for the flexible configuration of central extraction installations.

Due to the modular design it is possible to perfectly adjust the 6000 system to nearly every usage and requirements. Also the extraction and filter system is very flexible and can easily be adjusted to meet any changes.

The filters of the 6000 system (KemTex®PEM Filter cartridge) are manufactured out of high quality materials using the most modern manufacturing technologies. During operation the KEMPER KemTex® PEM Filter cartridges as well as the KemTex ePTFE cartridges are automatically cleaned.

Due to the use of modular fans it is possible to combine more filters with one another. The large mobile dust container is easily accessible and can be removed from the unit with one hand grip. The positioning of the system is also very flexible. The unit can be positioned inside as well as outside. As the unit is delivered in modules the transportation of the system is kept very simple

The KEMPER 6000 system extraction and filtration units are, as a standard, supplied in four capacity ranges from 6,000m³ - 18,000m³. Needless to say that the combination of fans and filter parts as well as a finer adjustment that a larger extraction volume can be reached.
