Into the development of the Duel-axis Tracking system for Photovoltaic modules our experience and many years in mechanical engineering has helped us.
A solar plant is a long term material assets. This applies also to our tracking systems. The construction is torsion-free, extremely robust and durable. At the same time we made it important to design a modular system. All elements are easy to assemble. On the one hand a very simple assembly is made possible. Furthermore the tracking system can be transported easily saving space and very economically transported with standard containers in the shortest time world-wide. Optionally the frame construction can be also welded and supplied pre-mounted. The industrial drives used are „made in Germany “, maintenance free and extremely stabile. The astronomical regulation of the two drives contains innovative functions and provides an increase of the current efficiency of up to 40%. Over the location, the date and the time, the position of the sun is determined and the module surface is aligned optimally to the sun, this principle has the advantage that it works independently of the dominant weather conditions.
Software algorithms prevent mutual shading with
sun exposure angles. Over a bus system several regulations can be interlaced, connected and supervised with wind sensors.
