Your filter system is working perfectly and collects a lot of dust. But nobody emptied the collection container. Cutting dust falls from the overfull dust collection container during cleaning or it may even trickle from the filter housing. The hazardous dust is then on the floor. The user then also has to dispose of the bag with the fine dust. Some filter plants are also frequently used completely without collection bag and the dust is simply “dumped”. DustEvac transports the filtered fine dust automatically to a large BigBag using vacuum conveying. Completely free from contamination! Thanks to their large capacity, BigBags require changing infrequently even for processes which generate large quantities of smoke and dust.
