The high-vacuum extraction plant VacuFil 500 is suited for up to four workstations for which the welding fumes extraction is carried out directly via the burner. Depending on the version, the connection to a central pipeline system is also possible. This allows also the connection of funnel nozzles, slotted nozzles or high-vacuum extraction arms. 

VacuFil 500 has a 10 m² large KemTex ePTFE-Membrane-filter cartridge, which is monitored by the electronic control unit. Depending on the degree of saturation, the filter cleaning is controlled automatically by differential pressure during ongoing operation using compressed air. 
The pressure container is also integrated as well as a 40 liter dust collection container.
