RESPONSIBILITY IN FAMILY HANDS – THE MANAGEMENT OF KEMPER
As a family-owned company, KEMPER has been closely associated with the values of long-term thinking, responsible action and sustainable growth since its foundation. What founder Gerd Kemper established has, over the years, developed into an internationally active specialist in extraction and filtration technology. Today, the second generation of the family leads the company and guides KEMPER into the future together with an experienced management team.
The management combines the tradition of a family-run medium-sized company with a clear international focus. Technological innovation, sustainable products and the long-term development of the company are at the centre of its activities. With efficient and durable solutions in extraction and filtration technology, KEMPER helps to make production processes cleaner, safer and more economical.
At the same time, the corporate culture continues to be shaped by close relationships with employees and customers. Open communication, short decision-making paths and a focus on long-term developments are typical characteristics of the family business. The management is also supported by founder Gerd Kemper and long-standing Commercial Director Karl Segbert, who contribute their experience in an advisory capacity.
