KEMPER GmbH has successfully signed a project assignment in Australia for fitting a production line with a clean air system. For the largest manufacturer of attachments for construction machinery in Down Under, DIGGA Machinery Attachments, the German company is delivering work protection equipment for 26 welding workplaces.
Clean air in metal processing: 40 years ago, KEMPER GmbH started on its mission for clean working environments. From a one-man operation, the manufacture of extraction systems and filter systems has now become world technology leader in welding fume extraction.
Automated communication between air purification systems: KEMPER GmbH transfer Industrial 4.0 to occupational safety for the first time. The company presents its new KEMPER Connect concept during the EuroBlech trade show. The air monitoring system AirWatch controls room ventilation systems automatically using their specifically developed, autonomous wireless network. KEMPER ensures in this way also an energy-saving operation.
KEMPER GmbH has returned to their company headquarters in Vreden with great success at EuroBLECH. It was not just the number of visitors which increased in comparison to previous years. The manufacturer of extraction and filtration systems also managed to conclude several business deals during the tradeshow. In particular, the new networking concept KEMPER Connect which features automatic communication between the air monitoring system AirWatch and the room ventilation system CleanAirTower managed to capture the visitors’ interest.
Clearly verify the presence of dust in production: Companies check the hall air quality efficiently with the new air monitoring system AirWatch. KEMPER GmbH's sensor technology is able to determine and document the number and weight of nanoparticles and then analyze it with smartphone, tablet or PC and compare it to limit values. A traffic light display visualizes permanently the status of air quality. The system is suited for any workplace in production facilities, warehouses and logistics halls. With AirWatch, KEMPER wants to raise awareness of the dangers behind fine dust.
Extraction and filtration technology with long service life: Kemper GmbH presents its PlasmaFil Compact system during EuroBLECH 2016. The extraction system for combustion and plasma cutting applications has a longer service life than conventional systems thanks to an innovative plate filter technology. The stand alone solution is suitable for medium to large amounts of dust. Hazardous substances are cleaned automatically.
