Your extraction and filtration systems continuously collect key operating data, which is clearly analyzed and displayed in easy-to-read dashboards. This gives you a clear overview of all your locations at all times, including air quality, system status, and service needs, so you can take action at an early stage.

This ensures demand-based and efficient control. Setup takes just a few steps. Select a trigger, define the target devices, and set a threshold value. If the threshold is exceeded, an automatic notification can be sent — ensuring maximum transparency.

With the launch of the new platform, KEMPER Connect will be offered as a license-based solution. This creates the foundation for extended features, continuous development, and reliable operation.

When purchasing an IoT-enabled KEMPER product, you can use KEMPER Connect free of charge for 6 months.

After this period, the following licenses are available:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


In this section you will find answers to frequently asked questions about KEMPER Connect. We have compiled the most important information clearly so you can quickly and easily find the answers you need.

No. One IoT-enabled KEMPER device can be used per license. A separate license is required for each additional device.


After the transition, the new platform will be available to you free of charge for 60 days. A license is only required after this trial period if you wish to continue using the platform.


Register free of charge in the KEMPER Connect portal:https://datacake-kemperconnect-frontend.vercel.app/login

After logging in, you can add your IoT-enabled KEMPER device in the portal using the serial number and the PIN code from the nameplate. Once registration is complete, the 6-month free usage period is activated automatically.

After this period, a license is required to continue using the platform. The license can be purchased through KEMPER Sales and activated in the portal using a voucher code.


You will automatically be notified 30 days before your license expires, both by email and directly in the portal.

To renew your license, you need a voucher code, which can be purchased through KEMPER Sales. After entering the code in the portal, the new license period is activated immediately.

💡Please note: After the license expires, functions and data will no longer be available.
