Björn Kemper and Michael Schiller, two members of the founding Kemper family, form the management board. Frederic Lanz expands the circle of those responsible with his industry know-how in metalworking.
Björn Kemper is responsible for the strategic orientation of the KEMPER brand and the global expansion of the KEMPER Group. In operational terms, he is responsible for Research and Development, Supply Chain Management and IT. His brother-in-law Michael Schiller is responsible for Human Resources, Finance and Legal. Frederic Lanz is responsible for Sales, Customer Service And Installation and Marketing & Communication.
The management represents the current course of KEMPER GmbH. The family business attaches great importance to sustainability for people and the environment.
